Wassel VIP — Booking links for transport operators
Transport and delivery operators in Jordan run their bookings through scattered Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp messages. Wassel needed to turn that chaos into one booking link and a single dispatch dashboard.

A booking-and-dispatch platform that turns an operator's social page into a structured booking link, centralizes driver assignment in one dashboard, and keeps orders flowing even outside response hours.
Overview
Most transport and delivery operators in Jordan don't lose orders because demand is low — they lose them in the gaps between channels. A customer asks for a ride on Instagram, a second messages on WhatsApp at midnight, a third comments on a Facebook post, and the operator is left stitching it all together by hand while drivers wait. Wassel's brief was to collapse that scatter into something structured: one link a customer can book through, and one place the operator runs the whole operation from.
What we shaped
The temptation with a booking tool is to build a feature for every workflow an operator might have. We pushed the other way and specced the few things that had to work every single time: take a booking without a human in the loop, capture it even outside response hours, and get it in front of a driver without a round of phone calls. Each one got acceptance criteria written against the operator's real day, so the product matched how the business actually runs rather than how a demo looks.
What we built
We shipped a booking link an operator drops into their bio or an ad — it turns a social page into a real booking surface instead of a DM inbox. Behind it sits a dispatch dashboard where the operator sees incoming orders, assigns drivers, and tracks what's in motion from one screen. WhatsApp notifications keep both sides in the loop without anyone refreshing a feed, and because orders are captured around the clock, nothing falls through when the operator is asleep or driving.
The result
Wassel VIP is live in production at wassel.vip, onboarding transport operators on a free trial. The same team that scoped the product designed and shipped it, so the promises on the landing page are the ones the platform actually keeps: fewer scattered messages, a clearer page for the customer, and drivers organized from a single dashboard.
