This policy explains what data The 10th Floor collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because the site collects very little.

Who we are
The 10th Floor is a business development and product company based in Amman, Jordan, serving clients across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. For any privacy question, email us at hello@the10thfloor.co.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided through Google Firebase) to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, clicking a call-to-action or starting a brief), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site — we do not use it to identify you personally.
The contact form. When you “Send a brief,” the form opens a draft in your own email app addressed to us — it does not submit your details to a server we control. We only receive the information once you choose to send that email (your name, email address, company, and the brief you write). We use it solely to reply to your inquiry.
Scheduling. If you book an intro call, the scheduling widget is provided by Cal.com. Any details you enter to book (such as your name, email, and chosen time) are processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
Direct contact. If you reach us by email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn, we receive whatever you send and keep it as long as needed to correspond with you.
Cookies & consent
The only cookies this site sets are the analytics cookies described above, and we only set them with your consent. When you first visit, a cookie notice asks you to accept or decline. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied mode — it sets no cookies and sends only anonymous, aggregate signals (we implement Google Consent Mode for this). If you accept, full analytics collection resumes; if you decline, it stays anonymous. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it any time by clearing this site's data.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics everywhere using Google's opt-out add-on.
Third parties
We share the limited data above only with the service providers that make the site work: Google (Analytics & Firebase Hosting) and Cal.com. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@the10thfloor.co and we'll respond promptly. Because the contact form sends mail from your own account, the simplest way to remove a brief you sent is to ask us to delete the email thread.

This site links to external services and profiles (for example, the App Store, Instagram, and LinkedIn). We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies.
