Pricing

Clear scope before a price.

We quote after we understand the problem well enough to name the work. Every engagement sets out the outcome, scope, timing, review method, ownership and price before paid delivery begins.

The working terms

  • Ongoing engagements: 90-day first term, then month to month.
  • Fixed-scope work: Ends at the agreed delivery unless a separate operating term is added.
  • Combined work: One engagement can combine capabilities around the same problem.
  • Media spend: Paid directly by the client through client-owned platform accounts.
  • Currency: Jordanian engagements are quoted in JOD. Gulf engagements are quoted in USD.
  • Diagnostic credit: A paid diagnostic is credited to the following engagement when that term is agreed.
  • Build ownership: Intellectual property transfers on final payment under the contract. Third-party licences keep their own terms.

Why we do not quote blind

The same label can hide very different work. Building an app changes with the users, integrations, operating team, security needs and acceptance criteria. Running paid growth changes with the account, markets, creative, landing path and measurement. A diagnosis gives both sides enough information to agree to a real boundary.

What changes the price

  • The number of connected systems and integrations.
  • The condition of the existing product, account or infrastructure.
  • The markets and languages involved.
  • The volume of original production required.
  • Access, security and compliance requirements.
  • The response window and ongoing operating responsibility.
  • The research or measurement needed to establish a baseline.

Common questions

How much does ads management cost in Jordan?

There is no useful market price without the account, objective, creative workload, and measurement scope. The 10th Floor reviews those first, then quotes a fixed scope or a defined retainer. Media spend remains separate and is paid directly to the platform through the client's own account.

How does an engagement with The 10th Floor start?

It starts with the problem and the evidence already available. A short public-surface teardown can identify the first useful questions. If deeper access is needed, a paid diagnostic follows. The engagement begins only after scope, ownership, measures, timing, and price are written down.

Do I own my website, domain and ad accounts?

Yes. The client's domain, accounts, data, tracking, and leads remain with the client. Intellectual property in a commissioned build transfers on final payment under the written terms. The 10th Floor's owned products remain its property; any use of them inside an engagement is named separately.
