The situation
A major clothing brand with over 1,200 employees needed a single system for day-to-day HR — attendance, leave, scheduling, and approvals — instead of disconnected tools and manual follow-ups.
Our part
An internal mobile HR system for iOS and Android that gives employees, managers and HR a shared operating path for attendance, leave requests, approvals, and workforce reporting. Access is restricted to active employees.
Outcome
Over 1,200 staff handle routine HR work from one app instead of chasing spreadsheets and messages.
