Answer
When are you not the right fit?
Short answer
We are a poor fit if you want a pre-priced package before anyone sees the problem, activity reports with no business measure, or a supplier who follows a brief after the evidence shows it is wrong. We are a better fit when you want the difficult assumptions challenged and one team accountable for carrying the answer into real use.
We also keep confidential work confidential, even when publishing it would make our portfolio look stronger. If public exposure is part of the value you need from a partner, agree that boundary before the work starts.
