FLOW
The automation patterns we reuse for repetitive work such as intake, routing, document handling, reporting, and internal assistance.
Flow is the internal name for a set of automation patterns, not a boxed product. We use them when a repeated task has clear inputs, a useful output, and an owner for exceptions. Each implementation is fitted to the client's tools and risk. If a simple rule solves the problem, we use the rule instead of adding AI.
What it does
- Intake, response, and routing
- Document generation and extraction
- Onboarding and recurring reporting
- Internal assistance grounded in approved material
- Exception handling suited to the workflow
